I am a lover of adventures in fitness, outdoors, and healthy living. Best of all, I’m a mother to a beautiful little girl. I enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, running, yoga, kickboxing, and the occasional obstacle course.
While exploring my desire for an active lifestyle, I completed my bachelors and had a career centered on employee skill development. The decision to change career focus came while recovering from an intense surgery and getting back in shape after pregnancy. I discovered my true passion is facilitating life changing skills for those around me. My fitness philosophy is that when we reach our physical goals we strengthen our body and create opportunity to improve our life. Change begins with the person within.

I’m a fitness enthusiast who loves sharing my passion for exercise by working with clients and helping them achieve their goals both big and small. I’ve been teaching group fitness for close to two years and look forward to many more. Other than exercising in a gym environment with all types of equipment from battle ropes to kettlebells, I thoroughly enjoy soccer, running, kickball and yoga. I also love obstacle courses and try to run at least one each summer. I truly believe fitness is fun, and comes in different forms for everyone.
