This high-intensity group class combines functional strength, mobility, cardio, and mental grit. Whether you’re a martial artist, weekend warrior, or just want to train like an athlete, this is your next-level workout. 

What to Expect in Every Class 

Each session blends:

✔️Ginastica Natural & bodyweight flow

✔️Team-based challenges and performance games 

We rotate daily workouts (WODs) and Challenges of the Day (CODs) to keep your training varied and effective. No two classes are ever the same—except that they’re always intense and fun.

Originally designed to condition our MMA and BJJ competitors, this program is now open to all. You don’t need to fight to train like a warrior.
